Hasbrouck’s established position in the industry also means our clients benefit from our experience with go-to resources – we can find anything our clients need to customize their workspaces, no matter how large or how small. This personal touch is reflected in Hasbrouck’s continued relationship with our very first client – we are currently engaged with that client today, redesigning their headquarters.
OUR MARKET SEGMENTS
Hasbrouck Associates has unparalleled experience in designing learning environments that cater to the needs of students, faculty, and staff. Today’s education leaders take a balanced approach to ensuring students have access to the best learning environments possible. Every workspace has different needs, and students of all ages need spaces that provide them with both structure and comfort. Hasbrouck Associates has extensive experience working to accommodate the unique needs of students with special differences at Kingsbury Day School, schools with alternative learning environments such as the Hyde Leadership Charter School, and students of various ages at all levels of the K-12 system from pre-schoolers to young adults.
Hasbrouck’s guidelines and furniture specifications were adopted as the system-wide standard for DC Public Schools.
In 2011, Hasbrouck Associates managed and coordinated the delivery of 12,000 furniture units to an elementary and high school within a 30-day period, successfully completing the project prior to the first day of school. The project management team authored and published furniture standards and guidelines for the K-12 District of Columbia Public School (DCPS) System, in support of District quality assurance initiatives. Throughout the facilitation of the entire project, the team addressed special needs in the design and layout of furniture for autism and early education for DCPS.
Our workspace solutions include large-scale layouts of entire building floors, conference rooms, reception areas, and common areas; as well as smaller layouts of individual offices tailored to each occupant’s unique tastes and functional workspace needs. No matter the scale of the project, we work to ensure every detail is taken care of from the height and density of office furniture to the specific wood grain and color desired by the client.
At Hasbrouck Associates, we understand that workspaces must harmonize both form and function to foster the most effective work environment for our clients. In our design plans, we account for lighting, windows, walls, and other architectural factors that impact the flow of a room. In every case, we tailor and redesign furniture, dimensions, and layout to ensure every space is both aesthetic and efficient and meets clients’ needs and desires.
Hasbrouck Associates works within the hospitality industry to provide workspace planning for the back office executives and employees who work behind the scenes to ensure guests enjoy their stay. We provide a balance between customization, functionality, aesthetics, and value to ensure our hospitality clients enjoy their space as much as their guests enjoy theirs.
Hasbrouck can manage furniture, fixture, and equipment layout planning and purchasing in all areas of the building, including guest rooms and corridors, lobbies, meeting rooms, lounges, business centers, and administrative areas. We take pride in collaborating with interior designers and other contractors to harmonize furniture specifications with lighting, wall color, carpeting, and other details that come together to form the perfect space. We are dedicated to helping our clients guarantee that their guests enjoy their stay.
At Hasbrouck Associates, we believe in working closely with our clients, partners, and subcontractors to unite form and function to create the perfect workspace environments. Our solutions are tailored to address the needs and tastes of industry, corporate culture and workspace environment, individual tastes, and unique building layouts. We understand that we spend a significant part of our lives in work and school environments, and it is important for these environments to be comfortable and functional. Our process includes providing detailed samples at every leg of the project, including blueprints, CAD renderings, and wood and fabric samples based on our clients’ preferences. We collaborate and provide results at all levels of the project management process, coordinating with the clients, furniture manufacturers and suppliers, and interior designers to create the perfect environment.
