Judy Hasbrouck's career in commercial interior design and furniture sales has spanned more than two decades. After earning an Interior Design degree from Howard University in 1978, Hasbrouck implemented and supervised many commercial furniture projects in the government and private sector in the Washington metropolitan area for dealerships (Stern's Arbee's). She founded Hasbrouck Associates in 1991, to provide "business environment solutions" to corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, and religious organizations.
